  1. Very grateful for author for giving away free ebooks. My son loves all the ninja books, I wish we had such books in our childhood

    Great books
Great books about our feeling, emotions, behaviour. My son loves all of them.

    My kids love them!
The box sets are expensive, so I was really praying my kids like these. We have other social emotional books, that my girls didn’t really get into. Every day at bedtime, they both keep choicing a Ninja book. We have read each book multiple times and they still enjoy them. They asked for more, and I purchased a new box set. I love the conversations that evolve from reading the books. I love pointing out when they display one of the positive characteristics and asking them how the ninja handled feelings when my child is displaying those feelings. I’m finding that my oldest (7) is really trying to incorporate the lessons, being more honest and trying harder with less complaints and whining. My 3 year old listens and sometimes I just catch her doing her own breathing techniques I will probably buy all the box sets with time.

    Relatable books for kids
My 8 year old son hates to read. I have bought so many books trying to find something he will read. If the book looks too long he won’t read it, if it looks to hard he won’t read it, and this lead to arguments each night. I bought this set and he loved reading the stories. Each day he wanted to pick which Ninja he would read. The books are written very well and are relatable to him. He started looking at the back of the book and asked if I could buy him more because he wanted to read about the other ninjas. I bought him a second set for Valentine’s Day. If you have a child who doesn’t enjoy reading, give this set a try!

Finally found bedtime books my son enjoys
My 8 year old son, everytime I ask if I can read him a book, or vise versa…..no….with his love for ninjas I got these and every night is magical now. He loves picking what ninja is next. He listens to every word. We talk about them and relate them to us. I’ve bought 3 box sets now, we’ve shared them with his close friends, (that love them too). …I am SO happy the nightime routine we had when he was little found it’s way back in to our lives. I look forward to every bedtime now. Thanks for the best books ever! ((Short enough to hold a kids attention, every one sends a positive message, and we look at the backs after every book and relate them to our friends.))

So cute and great life lessons for kids!
These books really breakdown emotional regulation and keeping a growth mindset and how to focus and be inclusive and many other things for small children! My little one is into karate so the ninjas are a perfect addition to my families education aesthetic!

  6. MadMan

Good idea but definitely for younger kids
Books seem great but felt the age (up to) and description was off. These were extremely short books and my 7/8 year old lost interest quickly, description seemed like they were a bit longer- not really worth the price for older kids in my opinion but could see how these wound be great for younger kiddos so still giving a great review.

  7. Julie P.

Explains complex emotions and concepts to a toddler
How it started: bought one Ninja Hack book to help my son understand how to deal with his anger. How it’s going: just purchased our third box set, they are that good! Speaking to this set specifically, after reading Money Ninja, our son (3.5 years old) asked to get a piggy bank to be able to save his money (which kicked off us giving him an allowance) to be able to spend on things he wants or give to those who need it. I cannot recommend these books enough. Mary Nhin has a way of explaining concepts and emotions so that even a 3 year old can understand. If you are debating whether or not you should buy…buy!

  8. Jess

    Best series!
I have a 3 yr old that is book smart but struggles with emotional intelligence. These books have been awesome! The books are the perfect length and keep his attention. He has applied some of the concepts and it has been a fun way for us to help him to continue to grow and learn how to handle his thoughts and emotions!
