    Assist with healing journey
    I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s worthy of. I’ve only been reading this book for 5 days and I’ve had the most positive week yet. I set time aside before bedtime and use this as a tool to unwind. I sleep peacefully at night and wake up feeling renewed and refresh. This is just what I needed to assist me on my healing journey towards self love. If you don’t hear this enough, thank you Megan for doing such a good deed for women as we face many changes and transitions in life and it can be hard to remember who you are in those time, so thanks for the reminder. I would definitely be recommended this book to the women in my inner circle to assist them. Super therapeutic as well

    Great Content, But Struggled to Complete
    I purchased the Self-Love Workbook for Women with great intentions, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to complete it yet. The content is definitely insightful and offers a lot of valuable exercises for self-reflection and growth. The workbook is well-organized, and I love the focus on self-care and empowerment.However, I did find it a bit difficult to keep up with, especially as life got busier. Some of the exercises require more time and energy than I was prepared to commit to, which is why I didn’t finish it. It’s a great resource, but I think it would be most beneficial if you’re ready to dedicate time to really dive into the exercises.That being said, I still plan to revisit it when I can give it the attention it deserves. For anyone looking to focus on personal growth, this workbook definitely has potential!

    This is the best book I have used of its kind. I recommend taking your time with it. Feel free to skip the parts that feels difficult, and come back later.

    Excellent book. I bought one for myself and two other family members. Highly recommend this book for women with low self confidence. Actually I think all women can benefit from reading this book.

    Good workbook with good exercises to practice self love and compassion. However on page 58-59 you’re supposed to do a self compassion quiz in which you score different points, 10 questions and you can get 5 points per question, which is a max of 50 points but the pointinterval is 0-50, 50-60, 60-70 and so on up to 100…Sloppy that that went to print.

    Beware. This may look like a flowery gentle self help book. It is not. If you are prepared to fully engage with it, it will drag up your past and how it affects you now almost to the point of tears with me. Helps you validate your feelings. Makes you see all the sides of your personality. So cathartic to write things down in the exercises – much more so than just reading a self help book. Will be trying to make journaling a daily routine now because of this book and how much it’s helped me. The author has a new book out and I will definitely be purchasing. 100% recommend this.
