A Catastrophic Failure in Diaper Form
Iâm not sure if I just got a bad batch or if these diapers are always this horrendous, but I will not spend another dime to find outâand I strongly urge you to do the same. I loved this brandâs Gentle version. They were everything you want in a diaper: super absorbent, well-fitted, no blowouts. I was their biggest fan. So, when the Gentles werenât available, I thought, Surely the Plush will be just as good, maybe even better!I have never been more wrong.Letâs start with the tabs. These things are folded up like some kind of sick joke, requiring you to unfold them in three separate, precise movements. Miss a step? The tab rips off in your hand, leaving you holding a now-worthless scrap of disappointment. This happened to me. It happened to my mother. It will happen to you.But wait, thereâs more! The side wings are a disaster. The right wing is disproportionately longer than the left, which means everything in this diaper is permanently listing to the right like a sinking ship. The left side? Practically non-existent. As a result, I have experienced more blowouts with these diapers than in my daughterâs entire life combined. I donât know what sorcery was used to engineer a diaper that actively funnels poop toward the worst possible escape route, but here we are.And because I was foolishly optimistic, I bought a monthâs supply. So now I’m locked in a psychological battle with my own stubbornness. I could throw them out, but that would be admitting defeat. So instead, I soldier on, knowing each diaper change is another step into madness.Please, learn from my mistake. You donât have to live like this. Let me be your tribute, the sacrificial parent who suffered so you donât have to. Weâre already running on fumes as newborn parentsâdonât make it worse by willingly subjecting yourself to these truly useless diapers that will rob you of your last remaining shreds of sanity.Save yourself. I’ve been using the Mama Bear Plush Protection Diapers (Size 5) for a few days now, and overall, I’m impressed with their performance.The diapers feel very soft and seem gentle on my baby’s sensitive skin. No rashes or redness so far, which is a big win.They hold up well overnight and I havenât experienced any major leaks.The stretchy sides and snug waistband provide a secure fit.

Leaks EVERYWHERE
The diapers are ok for the price. We would like a more environmentally friendly diaper, but we are on a tight budget. We appreciate that these diapers are free from elemental chlorine and a few other harmful ingredients. However, now that summer is here and my daughter is drinking more water from the heat, the diapers do leak more. In one day she leaked through 3 pairs of shorts. We are having to change it every 1-2 hours when it is warm and she drinks a little more. We also use them on my son. They do not typically leak when wet, however when he poops he quite often leaks out the legs. It is such a small amount that we still use the diapers, but it is something to be aware of when dressing the baby. We will still buy them because they fit in our budget.

Absorbency is AMAZING
We absolutely love these diapers! We have used size newborn to size 6 and have had nothing but good things to say. They come in a color and in white which we like! . The absorbency is just as good as the competitors in my opinion.

NOT the same size as Mama Bear Gentle Touch Diapers
I returned these because, like others have said, we normally get the gentle touch diapers and they are out of stock, so we ordered these and my daughter wears a size 6 in those. The same size in these diapers is NOT THE SAME. They are a lot smaller. They leak and I thought that was because they’re too small but someone else had the same problem, so I don’t know. FYI for anyone ordering Hello Bello diapers to tide them over, I ordered the size 4 (22-37) pounds and they’re way too small too. They don’t seem to leak but they rub my daughter’s skin and she is barely over 20 pounds. So SIZE UP apparently!!
