the paper has changed 🙁
i bought this exact same planner last year, and i liked it so much i bought another one.the color and the weight of it are pretty good! it’s a nice vibrant pink and the size is just right for keeping in my tote. i really struggle to remember things and keep my schedule together, but i also get overwhelmed by complicated layouts, and this one worked out pretty well for me. my days generally extend past this planner’s 7am-8pm layout, but i’ve worked around it. my busiest work days are actually also saturday-sunday, and those days don’t have dedicated full pages, but that’s my own problem. one difference between this year’s vs. last years is that this year’s notebook has many more to do checklist slots than last year’s. in my opinion it makes it feel more cramped.HOWEVER— my biggest issue with this notebook is that it’s changed drastically in terms of paper quality. last year’s paper was much thicker with a more pronounced grain. this year’s paper is smoother, which isn’t a problem for me, but it’s much thinner, which i dislike. i much prefer last year’s paper and i hope that anecdote will switch back, but i doubt it. overall it’s still a solid planner to me, but i’ll probably try a different planner next year to see if i can find a better layout for my needs with nicer paper.side note: my planner also arrived with a couple dents and dings, which is annoying but not a big deal to me since i beat my notebooks up anyways, but it might be an issue for others.

It’s a solid planner as far as space to schedule and plan out most of the workweek. I enjoy the to do and priority sections as well as space before and after the week begins to organize thoughts and other notes. However, I do not like how I had to fill in the dates on the calender for the entire year. For a specifically 2025 planner the dates should already be included in not through the whole notebook, the calendar at the beginning at the very least. Second. For a schedule I think I would want the day to end later maybe even 10 pm instead of 8 pm. As a college student who works multiple jobs in events many of my days whether work, clubs, or otherwise end much later than 8 pm.I love the color and the band to close it as well as the two ribbon bookmarks it is very convenient.This company did reach out and send money to purchase this product for me so I did not purchase it on my own accord. I really appreciate it however, would likely not make this purchase otherwise especially with the lack of a dated calendar and agenda at this price point but the flexibility might appeal to others.

Detailed planner
This planner is perfect for those who take their weekly schedule day by day. The pages allow you to plan your day thoroughly as each individual day has its own page. It also has a lot of details like priorities, to do, scheduling which truly allows you to get every aspect of planning with tons are room left to spare. I’m usually a weekly planner, so I took a bit of time to get used to the day by day spreads but overall, very well thought out planner!

Anecdote was kind enough to send me a planner to review and I gotta say I’ve lucked out. This planner is very thoughtfully designed and is highly functional. It’s also got a lovely textured cover, great colour options, and bleed-resistant cream coloured pages within. This is the only planner I’ve tried so far where I can write on the pages with my fountain pen (Kaweco fine nib) and not have the ink bleed and make the writing less fine. All the printing inside the planner is in delicate grey ink so it’s actually quite gorgeous to write in and your writing will always be the focus of the page. It opens with Jan-Dec calendars where you fill in the year and dates yourself. Then, each week day has a dedicated page which contains a schedule, priorities, to do list, and notes section. I like that there is an overview and extra notes section between every week so there’s room to catch additional notes. Most planners include the extra pages at the very end, but I’ve been finding it more useful included between each week. It gives you a little freedom to get creative with your planner too! I’ve made an unboxing and first look video if anyone wants to preview what the packaging and quality is like.

This is the planner of my DREAMS!!It’s customizable for each day AND has a timeline for each day and hour it’s so wonderful! It’s sturdy and have many pages.I love this planner and would get it again!
