Seems a good design, worth using for saving space
Nice material, works well. I haven’t been able to put them to a real solid trip/test, but they worked well for how I was able to use them on my last trip.

    Frequent traveler? You need these!
How did I ever travel without these? They make packing and traveling so much easier! I bought my packing cubes sometime back, but wanted to use them for a while before writing a review on them. At first I bought the six piece set. Upon receiving them I was very skeptical about their ability to compress much and actually save any space in my luggage, so I performed a little “test”. I took my 20″ carry-on and using the packing cubes I packed as much as I could into it, so that it was completely full. I then took everything out of the packing cubes and tried to pack it all back in the suitcase without them. I couldn’t do it. No matter how much I tried to rearrange things. Being sold on being able to compress everything I bought 2 more sets: one 6 piece and one 2 piece. With all the different sizes I’m able to accommodate pretty much any size suitcase, duffle, or backpack. They make packing so much easier. I can organize my suitcase as I’m packing, so I’m less likely to forget something. By organizing my suitcase by items or outfits, I can easily find things when I get to my destination. I wasn’t so sure about the thin fabric and being able to see somewhat through it, but it actually makes it easier to know what is in the bag. So how have they stood up? Really well actually. Don’t let the thinness of the fabric fool you. They are thin, but the material is light and strong. There is a little bit of a learning curve to using them though. When packing them, you have to be careful not to overpack them or you risk breaking the zipper (which I almost did). If you have to strain to close the zipper BEFORE the cube is even compressed you have too much in it. The main zipper should close easily. My only gripe comes in compressing the cube. When compressing the cube, if you try to zip it up too fast, you run the risk of getting the zipper snagged on the fabric. I have found that if you run your finger behind the zipper and push the fabric back as you are zipping it closed you will avoid any snags. Other than that these cubes are perfect! The stitching is holding up very well after numerous trips and the handle on the top makes it easy to pull the bag out of your suitcase. Overall great purchase. I would definitely purchase again. Oh and clothes pack much better in these when folded flat, not rolled.

Good packing cubes but could be better
I never used packing cubes before until my trip to Europe in a backpack. I decided to get some and after a long research and reading dozens of reviews I settled on this one. I also borrowed some from my friend she has cheap ones from IKEA. Now this is how I feel. Using both of them I liked how this one has the compression feature, the ikea one didn’t have this option.I like the fact it came with multiple sizes, this will be perfect for a carry on. I used the laundry one for my shoes. This is what I don’t like about this. It is hard to just open it and get what you want. You will have to unroll everything and take it out of what you re looking for is inside the cube. When I used the ones from Ikea, I can just open it and get what I want without messing up everything and having to pack it again. If this opened up all the way I’d give it 5 stars. My husband is lazy and he likes convenience and when trying to access clothes you basically have to take almost everything out to get what you want. Other than that, material is good. It light. Zippers are well made and not the cheap ones. Be careful not to over stuff so you don’t rip the the stitches . I hope this helps!

    Packing compression cubes
Works exactly as described! Compression cubes that can pack a lot easily and create more space in carry on or luggage for gifts and souvenirs to bring home. Love how they look and bought more to share with family members.

    Hasn’t Ripped Yet
I bought this for traveling back in 2018 and it’s still going strong! The quality is nice, and the material is light. I like that there are different sizes. I usually use the smallest size for undergarments, one larger one for tops, and the other for bottoms. Each packing cube has a zipper for compression to make it slightly thinner.Surprisingly, each cube fits quite a bit of clothes. I think the main secret is to pack your clothes into the shape of the packing cube so you can maximize every inch of it. Though you do save a slight bit of space in your overall bag with the compression feature, I prefer to not use it now. When you compress the packing cube full of clothes, it has no flexibility to mold into the space of your suitcase/backpack. If I don’t use the compression feature, I’m able to fit more clothes in the cube and it can mold a bit easier into the larger bag that it’s being placed in. That’s my personal opinion.I have enjoyed using these packing cubes during my travels to keep my clothes organized. Another perk to packing cubes is, if you were randomly chosen at TSA for a bag check, your clothes aren’t flying everywhere and your undergarments aren’t for the world to see. These particular packing cubes have been sturdy and there have yet to be any tears and it’s been 6 years!Bottom line: Good quality, and keeps my clothes well organized for a fraction of the price compared to other brands.

Easy to use and reduces case space.

These are amazing, they have completely changed how I travel. I used to use non-compressive packing cubes, which were great for organisation. But these slim down significantly. The two smaller bags can easily hold 2 days of clothes each, and I’ve managed to pack 5 days each into the bigger bags. The laundry bag is brilliant for longer trips, and packs down a lot too. I’ve not used the little shoe bag yet, but I think it’ll come in useful for longer trips when I might need a 2nd pair of shoes. The quality of materials absolutely justifies the cost, and the designs are amazing, having both different colours, but also the names of the national parks for easy identification. In terms of how it has changed my travelling, I managed to go away for 3 nights recently with my normal sized backpack, saving me money on carry-on bags, as everything went under the seat in front. It also made it much speedier exiting the plane!

One month in Europe! Easily find your clothes. Easy to use. Very helpful. I bought two piece set and wish I had bought the full set. Can you buy the biggest bag separately???
