Mini Etching
This mini etch a sketch is so purse friendly. I remember from my teenage years when this first came out, the erase quality was very clean and fast but not the same with this one. I have to use so many repetitions to get the etching to erase out. The actual etched drawing seems a little less bold and sticky compared to the 1970s. It is sturdy enough. In today’s economy the value is relative to what the dollar will buy. So the value is ok.

Slight defect
No the seller or Amazonâs fault but etch a sketch is best bought in a store due to manufacturing quirks and defects as there are small moving parts. I suggest buying a 2 pack in case one is defective. Internal frame is shifted 10 degrees rendering each knob off kilter for their respective lines. If you just want it for your 5 year old it works all the same though. For artistic endeavors, go to a store or buy in bulk
