It provides a secure connection to your vehicle seat with its one-hand front-adjust Latch system, making self-buckling easier for your independent child. While the purpose of the Latch** in the Affix Booster is to secure the booster to the vehicle seat while the booster is unoccupied and help facilitate independent buckling, you will secure your child in the booster seat with the vehicle lap/shoulder belt. The seat has an integrated cup holder and hideaway storage compartment to keep child’s drinks and favorite things within arm’s reach. This seat is Graco ProtectPlus Engineered to help protect your child in frontal, rear & rollover crashes. *To continue to meet industry standards, we have increased the weight minimum from 30 to 40 lb. **Since the Latch system only secures the booster seat to the vehicle in this application and is not used for installation, it may be used regardless of the weight of the child (up to the maximum weight recommendation of the seat).

Slim and has anchor hooks
I’ve bought 2 of these now and they’re great. They are affordable without having to sacrifice safety. It has the anchor hooks which is nice and secure and very easy to tighten with adjuster strap in the front. Super easy to install and I love the strap that it comes with to hook on the seat belt to ensure a safe fit for your kids. They are slim and don’t take up a lot of space either which is nice because I have 5 kids so the back of my minivan is cramped but my 12 yr old can fit easily in the middle between these booster seats. I love that it’s offered in different colors allowing you to match to the interior of your vehicle or let your kid completely wild card it lol. Very functional and would definitely recommend.

Easy to install/remove from car
Being a grandmother I love the ease of putting this car seat in and out of my car. The grandkids love that they can buckle up themselves. Great quality too.

Just an FYI
Really haven’t used it much yet, but works fine. I noticed several people mentioning this seats security belts and just wanted to let it be known to anyone looking at this seat. There is nothing attached to the vehicle to hold the seat in place. It simply sits in the seat and the child is restrained solely by the seatbelt. There’s nothing wrong with this configuration unless, like me, you thought it would attach to the safety clips on the vehicle. Just wanted to point this out.
