A nice finished size and just challenging enough for our grandson.
We bought this for our grandson for Christmas. He enjoyed every bit of building it. The instructions were easy to read for an 8 year old, the colors are bright and vibrant as you would expect from the company and it was a good size when finished. I think that it was the perfect complexity for his age, however our son-in-law was there to assist him as he built it and he told us that he would have enjoyed doing the build as well.
