I love this journal. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and wanted to write down my thoughts as I go through my journey. I got the pink because I thought it was pretty and because it would best represent breast cancer.Each page has a place at the top for the date and a letter you can circle to indicate the day of the week. The paper a good thickness and there is plenty of room to write your thoughts without having to write in a cramped fashion. I definitely would purchase it again.
