These 6 puzzles are perfect for my 2 yr 4 mo old granddaughter. They are the next step for toddlers graduating from the puzzles that are just one piece that fits into a cutout on a board. The puzzles all have 3-5 pieces. The pieces fit together into a cutout that holds all the pieces for that puzzle.

Good puzzles
Ordered these for my 2 year old. First I got the transportation set . The pieces were a bit smaller and the puzzles were challenging at first. He got the hang of it and then I ordered the animal set. The animal set has bigger pieces and the puzzles are a bit easier because of the design. I should have ordered the animal set first because of that since we are just starting to do puzzles now. If you are purchasing for a younger child, I would recommend the animal puzzles first because if these. However he likes all the puzzles regardless. There is a bit of a learning curve with all wood puzzles because they must be clicked together from the top rather than sliding together. I have attached a photo for comparison Would buy again

Sturdy wooden puzzels
This is a good set of puzzles, some are super easy and some a little harder. The 4 year old girl learned them quickly, the 3 year old boy was more interested in collecting all the pieces. lol. I wish the spaces to fit the pieces in were a lot deeper, there are spaces but they are kind of shallow. All in all we are happy with them.

Teeny for fingers
Part my fault for not paying attention before I bought to size specifications. This puzzle was way too small for my 16 month old grandsons. The animal photos were bright and appealing. II didnât think the boys would be able to put the pieces together. I returned and bought a heavier, chunkier block with an attached knob for each piece-better choice and less frustrating for a beginner. Boxing was very cute but all in all not a workable choice.
