Awesome company & customer service
I purchased this frother in April and was initially very happy with it. It’s a great frother. Unfortunately, it stopped working in June. I contacted the company, and I was blown away by their responsiveness! They replied immediately and sent out a replacement right away. To my surprise, they also included an additional gift and a 10% coupon for a future purchase. Clearly take pride in what they do, and I highly recommend this company. Even though the original frother had an issue, their outstanding customer service turned a potentially negative experience into a very positive one. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent Frother
This is my second purchase of this particular frother. My first one after at least three years quit working or so I thought. The new batteries I was replacing were loose and what i discovered was the contacts were flattened and the batteries failed to work. I simply pulled the contacts out a bit to make a tighter fit and presto….it worked again. I use the frother almost daily and have replaced the batteries about once a year. i had already ordered this new one so now I have a back up when the time comes. i recently saw that it was a favorite pick on the PBS show America’s Test Kitchen.

Great product! Still going strong after 2 years if daily use!
This is a great product!! I have had mine for 2 years and have used it daily. It has never given me any issues except to change the batteries. I’m so impressed with the durability of this product! I can’t recommend it enough. The only thing that I came across was that the shaft is a little shorter than my cup. I have to froth half at a time. Other than that, I would buy this over and over again, except I don’t need to!
