Pretty Good Gift
I purchased this as a gift for my niece as a part of her birthday present. She already had so many toys and it was difficult to try to find something different that she wouldn’t grow bored of and forget about a week later. I purchased this and a few other craft items so that we could put them together and build something while learning about painting, colors, and actually spending time outside.We really enjoyed working on this cute little windchime together, and it did include the following items:-paintbrush-paint-two mini-ceramic pots (makes ONE windchime)-4 chimes-strings needed for assemblyIt also included instructions on how to put the windchime together, and a chart detailing what colors to blend together to make new colors. It wasn’t specific to the colors actually included in the kit, but did apply to some of them, which was a little weird, but educational for my niece. It was fairly easy to assemble, and my niece enjoyed painting it.There are three reasons that I gave this a 4 instead of a 5.1) This is a VERY tiny windchime. It was fine for my six year old niece because it was easy for her to paint everything and hold the pots herself, but the end result was a lot less impressive because it was small.2) I feel that due to the size, there should be at least two windchimes included in this kit. Instead, it’s just one baby windchime.3) Though easy to assemble, there was some issue getting the windchimes to stay in place instead of slipping and becoming uneven.Overall, this was a fun project and my niece enjoyed it so I’m happy with the purchase. I was a little disappointed in the size of the overall product, but if you are okay with this or just want a fun, inexpensive, small project for a child to work on, this is great.

Love this.
Bought this for one of the kidsâ present, so they could decorate it. Theyâre obsessed with the current wind chimes so I figured this would be a good gift. And it was, everytime they look out the window and see it they have to talk about it. Great gift for grandma from the kids or just to hang in the porch. Apparently it was easy to put together and the paint was good quality. As you can see in my picture they painted it up.

Holes are not evenly made so completed chime is tilted. Also center hole is too small for the rope to go through twice as instructed.

Great âCRAFTâ
This is a great EASY craft for small kids (and older ones too!) ! And you end up with a pleasant little wind chime to have. It does take some help to âstringâ the chimes together with the painted pots in the end. Because the paint has to dry on the pots that hold the chimes â¦. You would need 2 days to complete this craft (drying time). I bought this 2 different times for my grandchildren â¦. when they were 3-4 years old. They loved the CHIMES !

Love it
My 8-yr old loved decorating the little ceramic pots. The supplied paint colors are very fun, bright and cheery. My daughter loved painting the pots and then with some help from me, we strung the 4 chimes that came with it to the 1st pot, and then used the supplied twine to string the 2 pots together. The twine was a bit thicker than the hole in the center of the pots, so we decided to “thin” down the twine by untwisting it and using only 2 of the 4 twine strings. This worked well and allowed us to thread the “thinned” twine thru the pot holes VS drilling a bigger hole in the pots) — I did not want to risk chipping the ceramic pots by drilling. Overall, would buy again as gifts: Great value, Easy to assemble, Fun for kids to do.
