I bought the LEGO City Airplane vs. Hospital Bed Race Car Pack as a gift for my son… and ended up keeping it for myself. No regrets.This set is exactly what it sounds like â a completely unhinged, high-speed showdown between an actual LEGO airplane and a hospital bed that’s somehow street legal. It’s the kind of creative madness that only LEGO could pull off, and it totally works.The builds were quick but satisfying, and the included mini-figs (especially the daredevil pilot and the doctor-turned-speed-demon) are pure gold. The hospital bed even has little wheels and IV poles that double as racing spoilers â LEGO, you wild for this one.Itâs hilarious, chaotic, and sparks the kind of imaginative play that makes LEGO so awesome. My son finally got to play with it (after I tested everything thoroughly, of course), and heâs been narrating dramatic mid-race medical emergencies ever since.If you’re looking for realism, keep walking. Love the Soapbox concept. It is simple creative fun. I love the Hospital bed complete with the IV Drip!I hope they release more styles of these. My kids really enjoyed the quick easy builds and the quirkiness of the finished product had them entertained.
