Design misleading and ZERO Customer service
First of all, I paid extra to get it in plenty of time for Mother’s Day. Supposedly, it shipped well in advance, then “USPS did not pick up a big batch of orders to ship them.” Finally, when it “shipped,” USPS held onto it, without movement, for about 5 days. I received it on 5/21, when it shipped around May 4.Second: the design of the puzzle pieces on the item has each name surrounding MOM. However, when I finally got mine, my kids’ names were not on either side of the mom piece, they were on the same side, so DAD and one kids’ name were touching the MOM piece with second kid below the first. Since the puzzle pieces are just a big printed piece, you cannot move them.It is no wonder you cannot buy this anymore, too many negative comments and reviews. They will not resolve any issues and since this is personalized, cannot return. Luckily, when it looked like the package was lost, I got a refund from Amazon.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Puzzles donât move; came LATE; looks cheap
Product said it would come May 8-9 before Motherâs Day. I received it FIVE days late AFTER Motherâs Day. If I knew it would come after, I wouldnât buy it. Also the puzzle pieces do not come apart and you canât rearrange it, making it look cheap like something youâd find at the dollar store. I thought they would put dad up top like on the photo and mom in the center but dad was out to the side.. also I thought I selected no stand but it came with a stand. Overall would NOT buy again because of the wrong estimated arrival, cheap quality, and lack of customization. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 50 bucks!

Beautiful but need more thought
This came out beautifully!! My mom is going to love it when she opens it on Motherâs Day. My only con is that the way the puzzles were connected didnât make sense according to my family tree. I asked my name along with my two sisters, their children and our mother. How it was connected one of the children was by themselves, some was connected to me, none was connected to their parents. It was a bit weird. I donât have children so I shouldnât have anyone connected to me.Or atleast put it in the order of which everyone was born (thatâs the order I put everyoneâs name in) but that didnât happen either.
