How I love this product and I’m so glad to be able to get it on Amazon now and not have to get someone to drive me to the mall and go to the Origins counter. Yay! I have had headaches my whole life and this is a wonder. The scent and the warm feeling on your forehead and temples is very soothing. The small size means you can drop it in your purse and use it anywhere. The pleasant spearminty scent is not overpowering or very noticeable – honestly, I think it smells like chewing gum and who is going to object to that? I’ve used this for years and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Not just for headaches per se either. I think it’s good in all kind of stressful situations and for all kinds of headaches. I rub it on my head when I have a cold or sinus problem and I don’t want to break out the heavy duty menthol rub. You don’t need a lot, either. When the headache is a migraine, this help you feel better soon while waiting for your medicine to work. Breathe in the mint – I always dab a little under my nose too. Mint is good for migraines. I like this better than some other mint based headache relied products I’ve used – less overpowering and does the job as well or better. Give it a try – unless you hate mint, you won’t be sorry.

Great for headaches, little goes a long way
My mom and sister told me about this product, so I ordered it. We all suffer from migraines and the best prescriptions are VERY expensive. This product is small enough to put in my purse and use before I need to take medication. But a little goes a long way! You can also put on sinuses to help sinus headache. But when I put on sinuses next to my nose the fumes of the peppermint & other oils got into my eyes & I couldn’t wash it off fast enough,I could barely see to get to a sink. But still helpful when I put it on the sinus that is right above my eyebrows. I have very sensitive skin and I don’t have a problem with this lotion. PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS!! Even after washing my hands, I somehow got this in my eye and within 24hrs it puffed up like a large blister. My eye dr said that somehow I rubbed my eye and some of this got in there,he had to give me some special eye drops to make it go away in a few days. So please wash your hands MANY times after applying this lotion because it stays in your pours of your fingers and it’s there longer than you think & be careful what you touch!!!!

I’m pregnant and I try to minimize the amount of painkillers I take. This is a great alternative for a headache that won’t go away. It doesn’t work with strong ones or migraines but it will certainly improve mild headaches and is a great alternative or first aid.
