    My Secret Weapon for Insomnia
These things knock me right out. I love them. I don’t use them all the time but when I have insomnia I can rely on them to get a good night’s sleep. Yes the glue is strong but I’m glad it is, or else it would slip off. I’ve tried lots of patches and these stay on and come off easily. I’m the kind of person where benadryl and melatonin don’t really do much for me, but these do and I’m very happy with it.

    Skeptical but very pleased!
I’m not usually one for writing reviews, unless I’m truly impressed by the product. I had gotten these in hopes they’d help my anxiety – and its gotten pretty bad this last month for some odd reason. But my goodness! I put the patch on my wrist around 6pm, and about 2ish hours later it felt like I could have gone to bed for the night! My anxiety today had made me shaky, and after feeling it working, I feel more chilled and ‘relaxed’ than when taking the tablets I had gotten from the local dispensary! WHAT??! I know things are different for everyone – but I wish I had these a few weeks ago when I had a pretty bad anxiety attack, that lasted almost 2 days. Please note though – If the patches work this well for others as it is for me – I definitely do NOT recommend wearing the patch for work (away from home), or while driving a car, as that’s how laid back its made me feel. This may be my new thing for bed as well, instead of taking the high dose of melatonin I’ve been taking. (Oh yeah, I also have insomnia on occasion)I absolutely recommend these patches worth trying if someone has a hard time falling asleep, reducing any stress or anxiety – but definitely give it time to kick in, and try it on a weekend that doesn’t include any plans of going anywhere, as it can make you pretty drowsy (in a good way, and not an uncomfortable way). Now I’ll head off to bed, and fall asleep before 10pm – that hasn’t happened in MONTHS!

Larger size//residue after removing & skin reaction
Comparing these to “the patch” brand. I would say these actually work better BUT they are much larger, they’re not clear (honestly very noticeable) and even after removing it and scrubbing my skin…they left a good amount of residue/stain. Not sure I could use these as widely as the patch ones but appreciate that effectiveness of them.Update: I have scrubbed this 3 times in the past 24 hours and still have remaining residue. It also seems to have irritated my skin as I am now noticing red hive looking dots where it was placed. Will be hesitant to use again.

“Simply peel off” is the big lie in the description
I don’t know why the review section won’t let me post a pic or what type of industrial adhesive they decided to add to the patch, but after 2 days I still have the glue stuck to my skin and have spent so much time sratching it off. If you have hairy skin like I do, prepare to lose it when you try to peel the patch off.

    Works great!
I use this patch at bedtime when I have had a stressful day, and it’s hard to relax. I get a relaxed night’s sleep and no grogginess the next morning.

    A partial solution
I tried these as a solution when anxiety meds fall short. They worked ok but are very expensive IMO. The listing is confusing as to how many are in the order.

These are great when the anxiety meds need a boost
Love these. I use these when my anxiety meds are not cutting it. They just take the edge off so you can function and work really fast. I’d also mention that my skin is not a fan of stickers/bandaids and these do not bother me at all!

    Beyond Amazing
I above these! I was skeptical but the second I put one on, laid down, and put the blankets on I fell asleep. I slept so well and it helped me through the loss of a beloved family member just to help my stress levels. highly recommend
